Our Commitment to SocietiesOur welcome If you are a society organiser and are considering coming to Southern Valley for the first time, then we would be delighted to welcome you down to the club to have a round as our guest. This will enable you to experience our course and facilities and help you to decide if we are the right venue for your booking. When you come you can also bring up to three guests at a reduced green fee. To make your booking for your complimentary round please ring us on 01474 740026 and ask for Larry Batchelor. The Course The layout is 6,100 yards in length with a Par of 69 and is designed in sympathy with a traditional links course. The course is constructed on a chalk sub soil, giving positive drainage conditions and hence excellent year round playability. The greens and tees are built to a modern specification and this ensures:
