| Directions Southern Valley Golf Club is situated in Shorne, just south of Gravesend, 3/4 mile off the A2. The directions are as follows:  From London/M25
Proceed along A2 coastal bound, past Gravesend. There are currently major road works on the A2, the old junction 14 is now closed permanently, please take the next turning sign posted for Codham and Shorne, as you approach the T junction turn left towards Cobham, you will approach a small roundabout, take the 2nd exit sign posted "Inn on the Lake Hotel" you will go over a small bridge, turn left onto Thong Lane, you will find us situated on the right hand side after 3/4 of a mile.
From M2/A2 heading London Bound
From M2, proceed along bridge over Medway River and join the A2. At the top of the hill, exit the A2 at Junction sign-posted “Cobham”. Immediately after the slip road bends to the left, there is a small lane sign-posted “Inn on the Lake Motel” on your right. Turn right here. If you have overshot, you will come to a mini -roundabout within 200 yards where you can double back . Having turned right into the lane, proceed to the end - you will go over a one vehicle bridge over the A2. At the T Junction, you will find yourself at the top of the slip road coming off the A2. Turn right to face the Inn on the Lake Motel, and then immediately left into Thong Lane. Proceed along for approximately 2/3 of a mile, until you approach a housing estate on your left. Immediately opposite the houses at the start of the estate, the entrance to the golf course is on your right, opposite Vigilant Way.
