Terms & Conditions

  1. All society bookings must be confirmed in writing and the Terms of Bookings sheet must be signed and returned.
  2. The confirmation in writing must be accompanied with a 20% (up to a maximum of £100) deposit payment to confirm the booking
  3. Final confirmation of numbers of players must be given no later than 3 days prior to the day of play.
  4. Once we have received final confirmation of numbers, we will then charge based on those numbers, regardless of whether the number of the Society decreases.
  5. It is the responsibility of the Society organiser to ensure that all participating players adhere to the Society Conditions of Play. We would recommend that all players be sent a copy prior to the day.
  6. In the event of a cancellation made by the Society, due to any circumstances, the Club will only refund 50% of the Deposit received.
