Southern Valley Golf Club allows other visitors to join other visitor bookings. Please be prepared to play with another group on the same tee time.
1. Price & Payment
1.1 All prices quoted on the website are correct at the date of publish and are inclusive of VAT.
1.2 Southern Valley Golf Club does NOT charge a booking fee.
1.3 Payment is taken in full when you book online. Any changes made over the phone must be paid for at the time of amendment.
2. Cancellations & Availability
2.1 Once you have submitted your booking, you will not be entitled to cancel your booking for a refund.
2.2 Southern Valley Golf Club will offer players the ability to move their booking within 10 days of their original booking.
2.3 Our electronic tee sheet is updated automatically. Any available tee times will be displayed on the website. If a booking is no longer available it may mean that someone else has booked the slot before you could process your transaction.
2.4 At our discretion, we may pair two balls with other two balls to maximize availability of tee times.
2.5 We do not offer refunds for inclement weather conditions.
2.6 If the club management are required to close the golf course either temporarily or for the entirety of the day, you will be entitled to move your booking to another day of your choosing within 2 months of the original booking.
2.7 All bookings are from the 1st Tee Box. Unless instructed by a member of staff on the day, you may not play from the 10th Tee Box.
3.1 Southern Valley Golf Club does not offer any kind of promotions or discount codes
3.2 Concession bookings are unable to be processed online. If you wish to take advantage of the discounted rates, please call the pro-shop and they will be able to make a booking for you. Please note, we are only able to process these bookings a maximum of 7 days in advance and you may be required to make payment over the phone.

4.2 Southern Valley Golf Club does not have access to any bank details, these are dealt with securely through our website provider, IntelligentGolf.
Any issues or complaints should be raised by email (firstname.lastname@example.org) and the relevant management will deal with your email.
