1. Out of Bounds
Any ball lying beyond a boundary fence is out of bounds. Any ball lying below the white stakes:
I. To the right of the 1st hole.
II. To the right of the 3rd hole.
III. Behind the 9th green
IV. To the left of the 11th hole
V. To the left of the 13th hole
VI. To the left of the 14th hole
VII. Around the rear of the 18th green
2. Ground Under Repair
All areas marked by white lines and a GUR notice are deemed ground under repair andreleif must be taken under Rules 25.1.
3. Aeration Holes
On the putting green, a ball that comes to rest in or on an aeration hole may be places at the nearest spot, not nearer the hole that avoids the situation.
4. Protection of Young Trees
If a young tree identified by a stake interferes with a players stance or the area of the itnended swing, the ball must be lifted, without penalty, and dropped in accordance with rule 24.2b
Stones in bunkers are movable obstructions (Rule 24.1 applies). Relief can not be claimed from footprints in bunkers.
6. Sprinkler Heads
If a ball lies off the putting green but not in a hazard and a sprinkler head on or within two club lengths of the putting green and within two club lengths of the ball intervenes on the line of play between the ball and the hole, the player may take relief as follows: The ball must be lifted and dropped at the nearest point to where the ball lay that (A) is not nearer the hole, (B) avoids intervention and (C) is not in a hazard or on a putting green. The ball may be cleaned when lifted.
7. Electricity Cables
If a ball strikes the elevated power cables above the 2nd, 3rd, 4th & 15th holes, the stroke must be cancelled and replayed, without penalty, from where the previous stroke was made in accordance with Rule 20.5. If the ball is not immediately recoverable, another ball must be subsitituted.
8. Obstructions: Paths
Paths with artificial surfaces are immovable obstructions and relief may be taken in accordance with rule 24.2.
The public right of way footpath is an integral part of the golf course and is not an obstruction.
